Job Summary:

The Estimator (plastering) will prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment. You will work closely with project managers, builders, and subcontractors to develop bid proposals and ensure successful project planning.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze drawings and project documents to prepare accurate estimates

- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for projects

- Collaborate with project managers to adjust budgets as needed

- Track and manage costs throughout the lifecycle of each project

- Participate in tendering meetings as needed

- Stay current with industry pricing and trends

- Ensure all submissions comply with contract requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in plastering estimating

- Strong understanding of commercial plastering processes

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
