Job Requirements
We are on the lookout for a proactive Campaign /Maintenance Scheduler to join our passionate Planning & Execution Team who are committed to operational excellence as we partner with our customers to deliver shared value and provide energy services to support a lower carbon future.  

In this pivotal role, that sees you responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of Campaign Schedules, you will craft and manage weekly maintenance schedules that keep our energy storage operations running smoothly and reliably. 

Based at Iona Gas Plant in Pt Campbell, this is a great position for someone who lives locally or in nearby Warrnambool – for the right person we would even consider someone who is from Melbourne but is happy to travel for work and spend Monday to Friday in Pt Campbell (expenses covered).   

Please note that this is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract Role.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce weekly maintenance schedules and facilitate week look ahead meetings
  • Schedule work scopes to ensure that it is optimised in single unit outages with an understanding of the      boundaries of the plant systems
  • Use and update Maximo as the primary tool for planning scheduling and execution of work on site
  • Work with planners to understand job requirements/constraints
  • Manage long term planning/scheduling outlooks (6–18-month lookaheads)
  • Review scope of works, contractors plans and schedules to develop the shut schedule with execution sequence logic
  • Develop baseline execution schedules and progress S curves
  • Provide support to others in the planning team as well as work collaboratively with various teams within      the business and contractors
  • Review progress against plan, delivery milestones that ensure they are on schedule
