We are now seeking a
Project Manager based in Sydney, Australia
to join our team at a Director level. This is a unique, specialised role requiring not just experience in the architectural visualisation industry, but also the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment where innovation and client excellence drive everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale visualisation projects spanning infrastructure, urban renewal, and future city developments.
- Manage a team of 3D Artists and Creative Leads, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, deadlines are met, and work is delivered at the highest quality.
- Build and oversee production schedules, workflows, and resource allocation to keep projects on track and efficient.
- Conduct interactive client meetings, lead presentations, and guide discussions to ensure client confidence and satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with creative and technical leads to integrate artistic vision with production realities.
- Think strategically and act decisively under pressure, resolving challenges quickly and effectively.
- Foster a positive, proactive, and solution-focused culture within the studio.

Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience managing projects within an architectural visualisation studio.
- Proven success leading teams of 3D artists and creative leads, with the ability to motivate and organise across complex workflows.
- Strong capability in production planning, task management, and resource allocation.
- Excellent client-facing skills, with confidence running workshops, reviews, and presentations.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach with strong problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to client excellence, aligning with Arterra Interactive's culture and values.
Location & Flexibility
- Our studio is based in Surry Hills, Sydney, close to transport and amenities.
- We offer flexible working arrangements, including up to two days of remote work each week for team members with young families.
- A four-day working week (pro rata) can also be considered for the right candidate.
