About the VenueMolly Malones is a key venue located just across the road from Central Station and the light rail. It is a modernised hospitality site that benefits from high foot traffic and significant event uplift on big game days at the stadiums:
· Multi level operation with two bars
· Sports bar viewing on all key events
· A fully renovated bistro with contemporary appeal
· Function and events spaces for all occasions
· Gaming facilities
The RoleYou'll curate the customer experience across all touchpoints, lead a high-performing team, and bring ideas to life that reflect the heart of your community.
You'll have ownership over:
· Weekly entertainment and 'what's on' programming
· Food and beverage direction (with support of Executive Chef & beverage partners)
· Local sponsorships and community engagement
· Functions, sport viewing experiences, and later-trade strategy
· Team development and culture-building
We're Looking For Someone Who:· Brings at least 2 years of pub management experience
· Thrives in multi-format environments with multiple revenue streams
· Leads with energy, creativity, and a customer-first mindset
· Has a deep understanding of gaming, F&B, and high-volume trade
· Is proactive with compliance, licensing and team wellbeing
· Loves being on the floor, building relationships and mentoring talent
