The Role

Reporting directly to the Director and Assistant Director of Senior School (Teaching and Learning), the Curriculum Support Officer (CSO) plays a pivotal role in managing the College's academic data systems and ensuring compliance with the School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA). The CSO supports the delivery of high-quality curriculum administration and reporting processes, contributing to the smooth operation of academic programs across the College.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee VET and Endorsed Program administration, ensuring accurate records and timely uploads to SCSA for All Saints' College and The Studio School.
  • Manage and maintain curriculum-related databases and reporting systems including SEQTA, Synergetic, SIRS and SRMS.
  • Liaise with external education providers and agencies to ensure accurate and timely data submissions.
  • Manage examination logistics and academic testing, including WACE exams, OLNA processes, and external assessments such as PISA.
  • Support curriculum-related events such as Three-Way Interviews, Course Counselling Days, and Academic Award Assemblies.

You are a detail-oriented and highly organised professional with a passion for supporting educational excellence through robust data and administrative systems. With strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset, you thrive in a dynamic environment and are committed to delivering high-quality service to students, staff, and families. You are able to work Wednesdays and Fridays with the remaining hours negotiable across the week.

Essential criteria include:

  • Expertise in Synergetic (or equivalent School Management system) and Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and professional confidentiality.
  • Current Working with Children Check.

Experience with SEQTA and curriculum reporting processes and prior experience in a school-based administrative role are highly desirable.
