We are looking for someone with the following qualities:

- A readiness to learn and execute new tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- Attending to appointment bookings and processing of accounts
- Advising patients about Treatment Plan scheduling
- Coordinating laboratory work
- Coordinating staff roster and payroll responsibilities
- Assistance with Marketing and quality assurance
- Providing staff support and leadership

Qualifications and Skills
- Certificate IV in dental assisting and 2 years front office experience
- Competent with Microsoft Office and Dental for windows or equivalent dental software
- Knowledge or training of Prime or Momentum Practice Protocols is advantageous
- Good telephone and business practice skills

Conditions of employment
- This is a full time appointment equating to 38 hours a week
- This position attracts a higher level of remuneration and we are looking for a dedicated individual that is looking to be part of a team committed to providing the very best in patient care and satisfaction.
- Flexibility with hours of employment

**Salary**: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Education**:

- Graduate Certificate / Graduate Diploma (preferred)
