Established in 2015, we are a new energy company currently servicing New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, Tasmania and South Australia. We are a 100% Australian based workforce and provide energy that reflects the real cost of doing business whilst providing our customers confidence and peace of mind that we care about them.

Due to recent growth in our business, 1st Energy is now seeking experienced Sales Consultants to assist in the success of this critical function of our business.

We are looking for proactive sales professionals who will thrive in a new and growing retailer environment, where there is a real opportunity to accelerate your career growth. If this sounds like you apply now as we are looking to fill these roles immediately.

The role:

  • Warm inbound calls promoting 1st Energy's products and services to existing & potential customers to maintain growth of customer base.
  • Identify and secure sales opportunities by offering value add services to our customers.
  • End to end customer management and relationship building.
  • Identify customer concerns, resolve any issues which arise, escalate through the relevant channels when required.

To be successful:

  • Results driven individual with the ability to meet targets and have a passion for sales.
  • Experience in a similar role in a sales environment is essential.
  • Strong communication skills demonstrating empathy and understanding.
  • The ability to relate effectively with individuals at all levels, thriving in a team environment.
  • Good computer skills including navigation and the ability to grasp new systems and technologies.
  • The ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Initiative, problem solving skills and ability to learn complex processes.
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality.

Once you are fully trained, we offer a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work remotely up to three days per week.
