About Us

Payne Print & Sign is Mackay's longest-running print shop, proudly family-owned and operated. Over the years, we've expanded into signage manufacturing, helping businesses locally and interstate with their printing and signage needs.

About the Role

We're looking for a full-time Production Team Member to join our crew. No prior experience? That's fine We'll teach you everything you need to know. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive, can-do attitude
  • Willingness to learn new skills and equipment
  • Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work
  • Ability to work well in a busy team environment

It's a Bonus (but not required) if you have:

  • Experience with machinery, tools, or workshop/production work
  • Previous experience in printing or manufacturing
  • Flexibility to work the occasional overtime shift
