The Role
We are looking for a dedicated Retail Team Member to join our friendly team. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing friendly, professional, and high-quality customer service to our regular customers.
- Maintaining and replenishing stock levels, while keeping the store well-presented to maximise sales.
- Assisting with store opening and closing procedures, along with other day-to-day tasks.
Experience & Skills
We are seeking candidates who have:
- Previous experience delivering excellent customer service.
- Prior retail experience (desirable but not essential).
- Confidence in using POS systems.

- Friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
- Willing to learn and contribute to a fun, vibrant, and supportive team.
- Availability to work weekdays (8 am – 6 pm) and weekends (8 am – 2 pm).
