The Role

Warehouse Coordinator – Part-Time (6-Month Contract)

Location: Moranbah Gas Plant

Days: Saturday to Monday

We're seeking a reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse activities at the Moranbah Gas Plant. You'll oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of materials critical to maintenance and site operations, maintain inventory accuracy, support procurement processes, and ensure a compliant, organised warehouse environment.

This is a permanent part-time role, working Saturday to Monday, ideal for balancing meaningful work with lifestyle or family commitments.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • C Class Driver's Licence (Open Manual)
  • High Risk Work Licences: Forklift Licence & EWP
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Cert III in Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain Operations (desirable)
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience in heavy industry or remote site environments
  • Knowledge of Warehouse Management, Materials Distribution, and Inventory Control standards
  • Familiarity with Maximo CMMS System and Microsoft Office
