We have an immediate opportunity for a Site Manager with experience in leading site teams on residential projects valued between $20m-$65m to join our expanding team.

Gardner Vaughan Group are a progressive award winning Southeast Qld based Developer/Builder with a 25 year pedigree in acquiring, developing, selling and managing multi-res projects of $10-$65m in Queenslands Southeast.

With a strong customer focus our team manages our developments, from site acquisition, through design and approvals, construction, marketing, sales, and post-construction building and property management.

The successful applicant will be part of a team of up to 10 site staff on a 7 story residential project in the heart of Bokarina Beach on Queenslands Sunshine Coast. Working in a collaborative team environment your industry nous, leadership and communication skills coupled with good site governance practices along with our established project delivery framework will ensure all project outcomes are met.

The role requires a leader who is conversant with building codes, standards, and build methodologies and has a solutions-driven approach, with the initiative to solve problems and manage conflict, and who is driven by project, personal, team and company success.
