What's on offer?

Our Infrastructure Services business is now actively seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a dynamic team environment based in Caloundra supporting the North Coast Road Asset Management Contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for you to drive your career further, and help you gain industry relevant experience, with on-the-job skill development/coaching offered throughout. In this position you will be responsible for assisting the team in the delivery of self-performing Civil packages for the internal business, as well as various external public & private enterprises. Your daily responsibilities will include providing on-site support for site staff, on-going cost management, on-site safety, and Environmental management, as well as daily interactions with clients including but not limited to attending and contributing to meetings.

You will ensure quality procedures are followed, and support team members to follow processes. You will have an ability to communicate across all levels of the business (crew to client), basic knowledge and experience with financials, forecasting, procurement, and contracts administration function and a practical hands-on approach with a commitment to living safely. This is a great opportunity for someone who is confident, motivated, willing to learn, and keen to join a growing business offering a clear career path. To be successful you will have relevant Civil Engineering Degree, and appropriate industry experience. Previous work with Transport and Main Roads (TMR) projects, stormwater drainage packages, or concrete structures is favourable but not compulsory.

Candidates will have completed relevant Civil Engineering qualifications and be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills and effective communication.
