Site Manager
to join our dedicated team of up to 10 professionals on a landmark $80 million Bokarina project. This multi-residential development showcases our commitment to creating outstanding living spaces in one of Queensland's most desirable locations.

The Opportunity

This role will give you the chance to make a lasting impact on the Sunshine Coast skyline. As our new Site Manager, you'll bring your proven multi-residential expertise to a permanent, full-time position where your leadership skills will excel.

What You'll Bring

  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record in multi-residential projects
  • Exceptional team management skills to inspire and guide your site crew
  • Comprehensive understanding of construction methodologies and building codes
  • A solutions-focused mindset that turns challenges into opportunities
  • The ability to manage multiple stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
  • At least 5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent field
  • QBCC Open Site Supervisor Licence a must

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your site team to deliver excellence at every stage
  • Ensure all construction meets our quality standards
  • Complete all project milestones on time and within budget
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and consultants
  • Uphold our unwavering commitment to health and safety
