Wescott Industrial Services Australia are looking for a full time Site Supervisor to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations at demolition/construction sites. We are seeking a person who can ensure that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise projects to uphold schedule requirements and quality demands
- Review drawings, specifications, change orders and other documents associated with projects prior to start of work onsite.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of workers on-site and ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage and supervise a team of site staff members to ensure safety, quality

control and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.
- Hold safety meetings and monitor workers' adherence to safety protocols.
- Regularly update on the project’s progress to the Operations Manager or other relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain logs of activities, incidents, and inspections.
- Ensure that all required materials, tools, and equipment are available, of required standard and used correctly on-site.
- Ensure compliance with all local building regulations and environmental laws.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or higher Qualifications in Engineering, Construction Management or a Trade
- At least 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
- Construction White Card
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Familiarity with project management software
- Ability to solve problems and think critically under pressure.

Remuneration:
Salary commensurate with experience in the range $73,000 - $80,000 + superannuation

Pay: From $73,150.00 per year

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (required)
