We have amazing clients across the Ryde/Parramatta & Bankstown region who are funded under NDIS, Home Care Packages, privately and brokered through other schemes.
We are currently recruiting a Full Time NDIS Business Manager to join our passionate, innovative office team in Newington.

**Who you are**:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated NDIS Business Manager to join our growing team and be a key driver in Just Better Care Ryde/Parramatta & Bankstown’s future growth plans.
- Have experience within the NDIS Industry in a similar role
- Be self-motivated
- Be able to achieve set goals & KPI's
- Enjoy working with participants to deliver an exceptional sales experience
- This role is based on building relationships with industry contacts as well as participants, advocates, families, and carers looking for services
- Have exceptional communication skills
- Hold a current NDIS Worker Check
- Be fully Covid vaccinated

**Role & responsibilities**:

- Bringing in new NDIS Participants for our IHC Support Services,
- Networking & meeting with those in the disability sector with support coordinators, hospitals, mental health departments and other registered NDIS providers
- Work alongside marketing/people & culture team to develop engagement strategies
- Proactively nurturing leads in the pipeline and maintaining meaningful engagement throughout the customer journey, creating a customer centre of excellence.
