About the Role

As Service Manager, you'll own day-to-day service delivery for our Sydney Technicians. You'll lead a high-performing technician team, ensure every client receives exceptional service in line with contractual, ISO and HACCP standards, and partner with Sales and Operations to hit state targets. You're hands-on, commercially sharp, and calm under pressure. You'll be primarily field based working with customer and technicians across our portfolio, and our Head Office is located in Stanmore.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop Sydney Technicians
  • Coordinating with other departments on scheduling, routing and workload planning drive on-time, first-time resolution and SLA achievement.
  • Be the escalation point for key accounts; run proactive site visits, service reviews and improvement plans.
  • Champion safety-first culture; ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9001/14001/45001 and HACCP.
  • Conduct site surveys and support new business onboarding; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Oversee QA, audits, documentation and corrective actions; maintain immaculate service records and reports.

About You

  • Proven experience in service management within pest control or a related multi-site service industry.
  • Current NSW Pest Control License & Termite Accreditation.
  • Strong leadership and people development skills; coachable, consistent and accountable with experience leading a team.
  • Excellent customer and account management capability; confident running client meetings and reviews.
  • Operationally savvy: scheduling, resource planning, KPIs, reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Familiar with ISO & HACCP frameworks and regulatory compliance.
  • Commercial mindset with experience supporting sales processes and growth.
  • Clear communicator; able to collaborate across Operations, Sales and Head Office.
