**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare, bake, and present a variety of baked goods to a high standard.
- Follow established recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Manage daily baking schedules and production targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and baking equipment.
- Monitor ingredient stocks and assist with inventory control.
- Contribute to menu development and new product creation as needed.
- Uphold food safety and workplace health standards at all times.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on baking experience in a commercial or retail environment.
- Expertise in handling doughs, pastries, breads, cakes, and/or specialty items.
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays if required.
- Strong understanding of baking techniques, measurements, and food safety regulations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under time constraints.
- A strong eye for detail, creativity, and pride in producing high-quality work.
