We have a part time casual position that would suit someone who is available for at least two days of work during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist walk-in customers with product information and queries.
- Process and fulfill online orders accurately.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized retail environment.

What We’re Looking For:

- KEY ATTRIBUTES: Is extremely honest, humble and shows a high level of initiative (not just does what is asked but actively looks for tasks that need to be done)
- Flawless written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent phone manner with clear pronunciation and ability to understand and write down what someone is asking for/talking about
- You will be required to lift heavy speakers and production equipment from time to time

Key daily duties
- Dealing with customers queries and orders (face to face, over the phone as well as online)
- Fulfilling online orders
- Managing stock levels
- Accepting deliveries and restocking the store
- Managing store presentation and cleanliness

What we provide

- We will provide training with answer phone calls. We have a system and script in place for answering all phone calls which you will trained on.
- We will provide training with the following software/platforms: Invoice Expert, BigCommerce, Podium but be expected to know how to use Outlook

Expected hours: 10 - 30 per week
