**About the Position**

Newington College is looking for an experienced and energetic Personal Assistant to join the College as a PA to Deputy, Teaching & Learning (K-12)/Academic Administrator providing high-quality administrative support to our Academic leadership and the wider team. This role is to commence immediately.

This role will also provide effective administrative support to the Director of Studies and wider academic staff among the College. One of the main parts of the Director of Studies' role is to coordinate the academic operations of our Stanmore Secondary campus.

**About You**
- have proven work experience in administrative support role in an education context (or similar).
- demonstrate professionalism in liaising with staff, students, and parents across K-12 within the school community.
- have ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
- have strong verbal and written communication skills
- have strong problem solving and analytical skills
- attention to detail and the ability to develop and refine procedures to improve work outcomes.
- have experience in managing relationships both with internal and external customers, with a focus on customer service
- demonstrate patience, persistence, and determination to strive for excellence in service provision.
- have flexibility and adaptability: a demonstrated ongoing ability to develop new skills and knowledge.
- demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite and data management systems.
- show energy, passion, and enthusiasm for the College and supporting the role of the Deputy, Teaching and Learning (K-12)
