HR Coordinator – Sonnel Hospitality

Your Role
As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things people. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and culture, you'll help shape the employee experience across our venues.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, offers
- Deliver seamless onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
- Track key milestones: probations, contracts, promotions
- Coordinate training sessions and ensure certification compliance
- Support employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
- Maintain accurate HRIS records and assist with reporting and audits
- Provide admin support to the Chief People Officer and broader HR team
What You Bring
- Experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or admin support
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
- Hospitality experience is a bonus—but a passion for people is essential
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compliance processes
