HR Coordinator – Sonnel Hospitality

Your Role

As our HR Coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for all things people. From recruitment and onboarding to compliance and culture, you'll help shape the employee experience across our venues.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job ads, screening, interviews, offers
  • Deliver seamless onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success
  • Track key milestones: probations, contracts, promotions
  • Coordinate training sessions and ensure certification compliance
  • Support employee engagement through surveys, recognition programs, and culture initiatives
  • Maintain accurate HRIS records and assist with reporting and audits
  • Provide admin support to the Chief People Officer and broader HR team

What You Bring

  • Experience in HR coordination, recruitment, or admin support
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Clear communication and a collaborative mindset
  • Hospitality experience is a bonus—but a passion for people is essential
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and compliance processes
