  • Working 7 hours per day / 35 hours per week
  • NSW-based candidates only. This is a 100% work-from-home position.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct audits and prepare reports on contractor activity and adherence to standards.
  • Work collaboratively with the frontline triage team to respond to tenant maintenance enquiries.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring issues are handled promptly and in line with organisational procedures.
  • Uphold and promote tenant satisfaction objectives through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Provide input to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance contractor service and tenant experience.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
  • Strong customer service and complaint resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience in housing, property services, or government environments will be highly regarded.
