Executive Assistant & Project Manager/Officer

We're hiring an
Executive Assistant & Project Manager
to support two dynamic CEOs. This hybrid role
combines high-level executive support with hands-on project coordination
, making it ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

  • Provide high-level executive support: manage diaries, inboxes, schedules, and priorities.
  • Handle confidential reports and documents with discretion.
  • Organise travel, events, and board meetings.
  • Act as a key point of contact between the CEOs and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and track projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Keep operations running smoothly — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

What we're looking for:

  • Experience as an
    Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Project Officer, or Project Manager.
  • Prior experience supporting a CEO, executive, influencer, or public figure is highly valued.
  • Top-tier organisation and communication skills (written + verbal)
  • Able to work under pressure, adapt quickly and think two steps ahead
  • Discreet, professional, and confident when dealing with sensitive info
  • Tech-savvy with Microsoft Office, project management software, or AI tools (bonus).
