Director of Wellness & Spa
to curate a sanctuary of wellbeing unlike any other in the city.

This role is about more than facilities. It's about shaping experiences that connect our guests, residents, and team members to nature, to each other, and to themselves. From thoughtfully designed wellness programs and community-driven events to the integration of Bamford Spa's signature treatments, you'll create journeys that inspire balance, sustainability, and connection.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire our spa, fitness, and pool teams with empathy and creativity.
  • Curate innovative wellness offerings, enhanced by Bamford Spa's holistic rituals and seasonal retreats.
  • Foster a culture of care — for guests, residents, and team members alike.
  • Build partnerships with leading wellness experts, from nutritionists to longevity specialists.
  • Create pathways that make wellbeing an essential part of every 1 Hotels experience.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years' leadership in luxury spa or wellness site
  • A passion for holistic wellbeing and sustainability.
  • Strong commercial acumen balanced with a guest-first mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
