**In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Insights, taking on overarching responsibilities, including**:
- Managing relationships with commercial clients, with a particular focus on leading a collaborative partnership with a global beauty brand.
- Crafting persuasive proposals and participating in joint pitches.
- Designing quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Overseeing project management to ensure seamless execution.
- Taking the lead in fieldwork, emphasising quantitative survey design, and managing a highly engaged online community.
- Translating data into compelling stories, delivering critical and actionable insights that drive change and provide clear solutions and recommendations, utilising SPSS, Q, or Excel.
- Delivering impactful reports, leading strategy workshops, and delivering client presentations.
- Continuously introducing innovative thinking, methodological tools, and ways to add value for our clients.
