Site Administrator

PERSOL is one of Australia's largest and longest serving recruitment providers. Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.

Our client, a Global leader in the minerals and resources industry, is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join their team on a FIFO basis.

Roster: 8/6

Start date: ASAP

Duration: Ongoing - depending on client requirements

Pay Rate: $45.00 p/h + Super

The Role

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing administrative support to a wide range of teams
  • Coordination of team risk, safety, training and document management activities
  • Creating Purchase requisitions and Purchase Orders (SAP)
  • Assist department heads with admin support where needed
  • Weekly and monthly reporting
  • Booking flight and accommodation for onsite contractors and supervisors
  • Entering Good to go's, Hazard observations etc into tracking spreadsheets.
  • Contractor mobe / demob
  • PPE and stationery ordering
  • Ensure Leave is entered into 1SAP and aligned to roster in SAMS
  • Roster management
  • Providing leave coverage for the executive Assistant to the NPI General Manager
  • Assisting with maintaining calendars of superintendents

Experience / Skills Required

  • Must have a minimum of 3Ji years' experience within a similar role
  • SAP knowledge is essential
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft word and excel (must have advanced excel skills)
  • Current C class driver's licence
  • Advanced organisation and coordination skills
  • Calm, confident, controlled and resilient
  • Friendly and professional
  • Proactive and strong initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail
