About You
- 2–5 years' experience in admin or project support
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
- Experience working with contractors and internal teams
Job Role
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams.
- Coordinate onboarding for new staff and vendor personnel, including IT, PPE, travel, and accommodation.
- Manage travel and accommodation bookings.
- Ensure data accuracy across business systems.
- Oversee vehicle and asset management.
- Support procurement processes and documentation.
- Assist with logistics coordination and liaise with delivery partners.
- Manage day-to-day site office operations and meeting support.
- Perform occasional transport-related tasks such as airport and warehouse pick-ups/drop-offs.
