Site Administrator

About You

  • 2–5 years' experience in admin or project support
  • Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office
  • Strong time management and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and proactive
  • Experience working with contractors and internal teams

Job Role

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to project teams.
  • Coordinate onboarding for new staff and vendor personnel, including IT, PPE, travel, and accommodation.
  • Manage travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Ensure data accuracy across business systems.
  • Oversee vehicle and asset management.
  • Support procurement processes and documentation.
  • Assist with logistics coordination and liaise with delivery partners.
  • Manage day-to-day site office operations and meeting support.
  • Perform occasional transport-related tasks such as airport and warehouse pick-ups/drop-offs.
