About the role

Working collaboratively with the operations and corporate team, this role is responsible for the provision of administrative support to site ensuring procedures and processes are competently managed, particularly regarding site mobilisation. This role is vital to ensuring the implementation of our electronic mobilisation and safety and environment management system as Rox moves to the next exciting phase of our Youanmi Gold Project.

What you'll do

  • Support operational activities, including early works for project site set-up and administration processes;
  • Coordinate the site entry process through the utilisation of our mobilisation platform ensuring employees and contractors adhere comply with all site entry procedures and processes;
  • Ensure integrity of data is maintained by completing regular compliance audits on records and updating when required;
  • Professional and approachable, you will build strong relationships with all stakeholders on site and across the wider Rox business to deliver a high level of support and service outcomes;
  • Ensure site documents are appropriately captured and stored in our document management system, with integrity of company branding, file naming and system conventions maintained.

About you

  • Previous experience in a Site Administration position in the mining and resources industry;
  • Self-manage a dynamic workload with a high degree of autonomy, adaptable to change and ability to accommodate a flexible approach when priorities change;
  • Fluent in use of rosters and functions associated with mobilisation of personnel to regional mining projects and operations;
  • Experience in document management from development through to maintaining office systems and data management;
  • Energetic, positive and solution-focused with a sense of humour and a can-do attitude.

Location & team

This role is based at our Youanmi Gold Project working an 8:6 day roster. You will work with a small but growing team of passionate, seasoned mining professionals who value trust, collaboration, and results.
