The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and organised Site Administrator to join our project team based in Konnongorring, WA. You will provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth site operations and effective communication across the project.

Project Details

  • Start Date: Immediate
  • Location: Konnongorring, WA
  • Roster: 10 days on / 4 days off (Drive-In/Drive-Out)
  • Remuneration: Competitive salary with fortnightly pay and a Performance Incentive Plan (PIP) bonus upon successful project completion
  • Accommodation: Provided on site

Key Responsibilities

  • Overseeing all site administration tasks, ensuring effective and timely support is provided to the broader team
  • Participating in project meetings, including mobilisation/demobilisation forecast meetings, and actioning follow-ups as required
  • Coordinating and booking all accommodation for site personnel
  • Accurately processing daily timesheet entries for salary staff, wages, and subcontractors
  • Liaising with Payroll Services to resolve timesheet and pay queries promptly
  • Assisting the Superintendent with general administrative duties as needed
  • Generating and maintaining daily sign-on sheets and timesheets
  • Managing rosters, ensuring they are up to date and communicated clearly
  • Maintaining client manning lists and travel movement records while on site
  • Updating and managing various registers, including procurement registers and stocktake lists

About You

  • Previous administration experience, ideally in a site-based or project environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive working relationships across teams
  • Exceptional time management and organisational abilities
  • Reliable transport for DIDO travel requirements
