We're looking for a Junior Administration Support superstar to join our friendly team in Burleigh Heads, QLD.

About the Role

As part of our Insurance Administration Team, you'll support both our Burleigh Heads office and our Central Insurance Team online.

You'll help keep our operations running smoothly by assisting Insurance Administrators and Site Supervisors with a variety of office and customer service tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to client enquiries (Insureds, Insurers, Loss Adjusters) via phone, email and online portals
  • Manage the shared email inbox and distribute messages as needed
  • Schedule assessments and inspections for clients and estimators
  • Process job requests and update internal systems and client portals
  • Provide regular milestone updates to clients and stakeholders
  • Issue work orders for trades
  • Liaise with trades
  • Support the Insurance Administration Team and Site Supervisors with daily admin duties
  • Assist with general office support and ad hoc tasks as required
