As our new Supply Chain Assistant, you’ll be hands-on with the data and details that make it all possible. Supporting our merch, production, logistics, and social responsibility teams while learning the ins and outs of a global supply chain.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Maintaining accurate product and supplier data across multiple systems to support compliance and reporting.
- Supporting supplier communications, onboarding documentation, and administrative processes.
- Updating and cross-checking logistics, production, and compliance data across various reporting tools.
- Providing support across production, procurement, logistics, and quality assurance functions as required.

**What you’ll bring to the team**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
- Sharp admin skills, with confidence in Excel/Google Sheets, G-Drive, and preferably inventory management systems.
- A detail-obsessed, organised, and proactive approach with a love for getting things right. Clear, confident communication skills to collaborate across teams and with suppliers.
- A positive, team-first mindset with the drive to learn and grow in the supply chain.
