Dazzling Blue Pools – Burleigh Heads

Are you organised, friendly, and enjoy working in a hands-on environment?

Join the team at Dazzling Blue Pools, a locally owned and operated pool business based in Burleigh Heads. We're looking for a reliable and motivated person to help keep our busy office and retail store running smoothly.

About the role:

This full-time position involves a mix of office administration and retail support. You'll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers and an important part of our day-to-day operations.

No pool experience? No problem We don't expect you to know the pool industry — we'll teach you everything you need to know. You'll be supported by our two key employees and pool technicians, who will help you learn the ropes.

Key duties include:

  • Answering phones and assisting customers
  • Helping customers in the retail store
  • Processing invoices and reconciling Xero
  • Scheduling jobs and coordinating technicians
  • General administrative tasks

What we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using computers and basic admin software
  • A willingness to learn and a positive, can-do attitude
  • Great attention to detail
  • Previous admin or retail experience preferred but not essential

Start date:

The position will commence in the first week of December 2025, with a two-week handover as the current team member transitions into retirement.
