ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This company is highly respected and well known in the Australian construction industry, operating across Australia and delivering high end luxury residential and commercial projects, this builder is looking to onboard a Contracts Administrator to join their high functioning team in Canberra. This vacancy has come as a result of this company securing a healthy number of exciting projects ranging from $50M - $250M with continued ongoing pipeline of works.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

As the Contracts Administrator, you will report directly to your Project Manager. The intention is for this CA to be groomed into a Project Manager to work across multiple projects across Canberra per year. You will work collaboratively with the site and project team to deliver projects across multiple sectors, right from the design stages through to completion. You will liaise with the client and the project team to ensure that the project is delivered to a high standard.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

  • Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable.
  • Proven record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar.
  • Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers.
