The Opportunity

Due to a strong pipeline of work, we are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team on a residential project in Canberra.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Work collaboratively with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
  • Mentor, coach and supervise Commercial Team
  • Lead the project procurement strategy & procurement processes
  • Lead project Cost Management inclusive of both Head & Subcontract Variation management
  • Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claim/s
  • Manage cash flow at both Head & Subcontract
  • Preparation and presentation of Monthly Financial reports
