WHAT WILL YOUR TYPICAL WEEK LOOK LIKE?
- Take charge of diverse administrative tasks, from lodging tax returns to managing ATO correspondence and ordering supplies.
- Dive into the world of client data management
- Play a crucial role in supporting the team with preparation of client service agreements, logging incoming client work and finalisation of client packs
- Be responsible for invoicing and WIP management
- Reception and phone management for local office and designated region, liaising with clients and booking appointments

You are someone with
• Confident and proficient with technology, including various business systems and software, with excellent written and verbal communication skills that support smooth client and team interactions.
• A genuine team player with a friendly, helpful, and solutions-focused attitude, who contributes positively to a collaborative and supportive work culture.
• Highly motivated and eager to learn, with the flexibility to adapt and grow in a fast-paced, ever-evolving financial services and technology environment.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and consistency in all aspects of work.
