There is an option once completely trained to work from home with this position.

- Administration
- Reception
- Customer Service inbound and outbound
- Data entry
- Scheduling of appointments
- Completely Virtual Reception for our clients with no face to face contact.
- Full Front Desk Administration (not a call centre)
- Taking calls and bookings carrying out a variety of services for over 100 clients Australia wide.
- Utilizing a variety of programs and procedures on a daily basis

**Successful applicants must possess the following**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Intermediate MS office skills
- Fantastic time management
- Self-motivated and ability to work autonomously
- Own transport
- Fast learner
- Confidence
- Willing to learn
- High level of initiative
- Has a caring and kind personality

Award pay under the Private Clerk Sector

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:
