The Administration Clerk will assist with all day-to-day administrative tasks at the dealership.

As an administration clerk you will be responsible for:

  • Accounts payable and daily store banking.
  • Registering vehicles and completion of delivery paperwork.
  • Data entry and stationery orders.
  • New vehicle warranty registrations and maintaining rebate schedule.
  • Providing supportive internal customer service and assisting the team with general administration duties.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Data entry/administration experience (preferred).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Competent computer skills - especially Word, Outlook and Excel.
  • Developed time management and organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn new skills.
