You Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the friendly face at the front of our office, welcoming visitors with a professional and tidy appearance.
  • Juggle a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring the reception area runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Handle phone calls with finesse – your voice will be our first impression
  • Communicate effectively through both written and verbal channels.
  • Pay attention to detail – accuracy matters.
  • Show us your ability to work independently and stay organized.

  • You have previous reception and office administration experience is ideal.
