Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Receptionist/Dental Assistant located in Sunshine Coast, QLD. The role includes handling receptionist duties such as managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing clerical support. The Dental Assistant responsibilities include assisting the dentist during procedures, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring patient comfort. This position requires a friendly demeanor, strong communication skills, and excellent customer service abilities.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills and the ability to manage daily administrative tasks
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Experience in a dental or medical practice is a plus
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in dental assisting would be advantageous
