This casual position is ideal for someone super friendly, enthusiastic and proactive, and keen to join the wonderful Reception team in our growing Physiotherapy clinic.

Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of experience working in reception, however any customer service experience will hold you in good stead. Our ideal Superstar receptionist will -

  • Experience in Medical or Allied Health Reception (preferred but not essential)
  • Experience with practice management software (Cliniko preferred)
  • The ability to assist with additional hours, primarily to provide leave cover, is highly desirable
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills, adaptable to wide variety of audiences, with a sympathetic, supportive and professional approach
  • Computer literacy including Microsoft suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment including flexibility and adaptability as needed
  • Be keen to learn
  • Be a people person
  • Be a great communicator
  • Work well under pressure
  • Show initiative
  • Be flexible and available

Some of the responsibilities of this role include -

  • Greeting clients at the front desk and helping them to feel at ease;
  • Answering the phone, replying to emails and face to face enquiries;
  • Processing payments and rebooking appointments;
  • Monitoring stock levels and ordering product;
  • Managing linen used in the clinic;
  • Liaising and providing support to all team members.

We're looking for a team member who can fill a minimum of 4-5 x shifts (4-8hrs per shift) per week, and who is flexible as this may include evenings or Saturdays.
