The Role

We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team at Elias Schindelar's Medical Massage Clinic in Malanda, Queensland. As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth running of our medical massage clinic. This is a casual role, Monday, Wednesday, Thursdays, Fridays and every 2nd Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Greeting and welcoming patients in a courteous and warm manner
  2. Handling patient inquiries and booking appointments
  3. Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring confidentiality
  4. Providing general administrative support, such as filing.
  5. Assisting with the coordination of clinic operations
  6. Promoting a positive and professional image of the clinic

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service
  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  4. A friendly, professional, and adaptable personality
