What does the job look like?
Linfox busy Resources and Industrial business require an Operations Administrator to join the team for a 15-month max term contract. This role is vital in supporting our business with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth day to day operations. This role works Monday – Friday, 7am - 3pm (flexible). Key areas:

  • Support with weekly payroll processing
  • Assisting our accounts team with AP / AR activities
  • Ensure revenue is captured timely and accurately
  • Data entry and reporting while working across various systems
  • Assist with other transport administration as required to support the team

Are you the one?
You are a team player that can manage various stakeholders and prioritise tasks against tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. You can demonstrate:

  • Administration experience in a transport operation preferred
  • Time management skills and the ability to balance priorities while under deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication capabilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, such as Word and Excel
  • Positive attitude and ability to engage stakeholders on all levels
