- About the role:

- Our Trade Centres provide a delivery and pick up solution for key building lines, offering our commercial customers a service, delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites. We partner with our commercial customers, helping them manage their project with a ‘whole of build’ solution. We stock a select number of core builders’ lines, that allows our customers to build from the slab up.
- As an administration team member at the Hazelmere Trade Centre, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and team members. You will greet visitors, answer phone calls, and provide general information and assistance. You will also perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and mail handling. You will work closely with the complex manager and other departments to ensure the smooth administration of the store.

What's involved:
- Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, which include builders and trade specialists.-
- Being the first point of contact for customers on the phone-
- Handling and escalating customer feedback in a professional and timely mannerYou’ll need:
- Great communication skills both written and verbal, particularly phone etiquette-
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracyA genuine passion for customer experience-
- To act with integrity, be safe and do your best-
