Jurak Group is seeking an administration assistant to assist in the day to day running of the office. Jurak Group is a family owned and operated business which provides adminsupport to Tree Aesthetics (arborist and garden centre) and Hazelmere truck parking. Attention to detail and the ability to return to / switch tasks as required.
Strong English and grammar skills. An interest in gardening an advantage.
**Administrative Assistant Job Responsibilities**:
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answers phone calls, schedules appointments and customer service.
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
- Processing payments.
- Ablity to work solo unsupervised and as part of a team.
- Supports team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication.
- Ensures safe operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance records, scheduling for repairs, maintaining service equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing orders for supplies.
- Producing of advertising materials.
- Supporting crew in the production of OHS documents.
**Normal working hours**:8:30-4:30 Monday to Friday, will consider full time or part time applicants. Free secure onsite parking.
**Administrative Assistant Skills and Qualifications**:
- Previous Servicem8 and Xero experience an advantage.
- Maths skills - area and volume calculating

**Salary**: From $29.00 per hour
