What does the job look like?

Linfox partners with leading mining companies, providing specialised logistics services across the country. As Training and Compliance Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and coordination for training and compliance requirements for Linfox workers and sub-contractors. Key areas:

- Onboard new workers and coordinate inductions
- Coordinate training requirements specific to roles
- Coordinate compliance audits
- Assist to develop training materials
- Investigate training issues and support with resolutions
- Maintain records of training for Linfox employees and sub-contractors
- Deliver non-accredited site-specific training such as site inductions
