We are looking for an **Operations Support Administrator** to join our business in Hazelmere in a full-time permanent role.

This role will directly report to the Operational Support Manager and you will be required to develop operational graphs and reporting KPIs as well as assist with apprentice administration and business improvement initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Process apprentice claims and PO's
- Maintaining training records and booking training
- Work order creation and general administration duties
- Receipting of goods

**Key Requirements**
- Administrative experience with proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Pronto and Coupa experience
- Data entry and processing skills
- Understanding of Lean methodology would be advantageous
