If you are an enthusiastic Salon Manager seeking a rewarding career and have grooming & people management experience; then our store at PetO Moorabbin may be what you are searching for.

We are on the lookout for a passionate Salon Manager to join our Moorabbin team on a permanent fulltime basis and provide top-notch grooming services for our furry customers. This role will oversee the booking management system and loyalty program, clients liaison, team management and the skills development of staff members, stock management, salon cleanliness, safety and presentation, as well as the general performance and profitability of the salon.

About You:

  • A genuine animal lover with a passion for pets and grooming.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pet grooming and advanced scissoring techniques and specific breed clips
  • Experiences managing a grooming salon and team building abilities.
  • Committed to delivering outstanding customer service with a "customer-first" attitude.
  • Comfortable working weekends.
