About the role

Tiny Tails Retreat is seeking an experienced Dog Groomer to join our team. Located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, Tiny Tails Retreat specialises in small to medium dogs (20KG and under). We are looking for a full-time groomer to support our growing business.

Our groomers are expected to:

  • Groom 6 dogs per day (with the help of a bather)
  • Groom all varieties of coats, particularly oodles, spitzs and samoyeds
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Support the team where needed
  • No admin/reception work

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1 year experience as a groomer
  2. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  3. Demonstrated passion for animal welfare and a commitment to providing exceptional care
