We are looking for a self-motivated, reliable office all-rounder to join our team. This is a part time position 3-4 days per week required at our office in Brisbane CBD. The successful candidate will provide support to the Team and be able to hit the ground running.

Tasks to perform:

  • Assist Body Corporate Manager with compiling information for meeting requirements

  • Draft and distribute meeting notices for Annual General Meetings, Committee Meetings and Voting Outside of Committee Meetings

  • Draft and distribute minutes of meetings and complete action items from meetings

  • Attendance at committee meetings when required (after hours, if necessary)

  • Schedule and plan meetings and appointments

  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner

  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

  • Ensure all building information is up to date

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies

  • Screen and respond to a high volume of email and telephone enquiries

  • Monitor portfolio meeting requirements and timelines

  • Ensure administration agreements are prepared and sent out to designated parties for signature

  • Assist in ways that optimise procedures and performance of the office
