What you'll do

  • Process new business, renewals, quotes, policy endorsements and cancellations
  • Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire broking process
  • Confidently and effectively communicate with team members, customers, BCMs and underwriters
  • Contribute to BCB Group's business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business

What you'll bring

  • Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency.
  • Customer-centric perspective, with the desire to go the extra mile.
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • Good level of computer literacy.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.

We'd really like it if you also have:

  • Strata insurance experience
  • Tier 2 RG146
  • Minimum 12+ months' experience in a financial services role
  • Experience with Microsoft programs
