BCB Group's dedicated team of more than 140 employees now manages insurance policies for over 22,000 body corporates across Australia. What you'll do
- Process new business, renewals, quotes, policy endorsements and cancellations
- Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts through the entire broking process
- Confidently and effectively communicate with team members, customers, BCMs and underwriters
- Contribute to BCB Group's business growth and service objectives by developing new business and retaining existing business
What you'll bring
- Commitment to honesty, integrity and transparency.
- Customer-centric perspective, with the desire to go the extra mile.
- Strong organisational skills and an ability to prioritise tasks under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivation, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- Good level of computer literacy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Flexibility to assist others, as and when required.
We'd really like it if you also have:
- Strata insurance experience
- Tier 2 RG146
- Minimum 12+ months' experience in a financial services role
- Experience with Microsoft programs
