During peak periods, the Project Coordinator Online Testing and Marking is required to work outside of normal business hours and at other Sydney locations.
About the role
A unique opportunity has presented itself for an expert in project managed as a Project Coordinator to join the Online Testing and Marking Team at NESA.
The Project Coordinator Online Testing and Marking performs project management activities and leads a team to that contribute to the development and delivery of a range of projects associated with online testing and marking programs.
On a day-to-day basis you will be responsible for:
- Leading and managing a range of project management and support services.
- Preparing a range of written communications for a variety of stakeholders.
- Preparing and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring and evaluation purposes to ensure accessibility of quality information and contribute to the achievement of project outcomes.
- Sourcing, collating and compiling data and information to identify emerging issues and track and report on project progress against established milestones and deliverables.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- A strong ability to manage competing, and conflicting priorities, within agreed timeframes while maintaining the delivery of communications advice and materials to required quality standards.
- Experience working within a school environment and adapting to changing circumstances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders. A collaborative approach and willingness to take initiative to support project objectives.
Essential Requirements:
- Working with children check clearance for paid employment (prior to commencement, not required at the application stage).
- Driver's License.
- During peak periods, the Project Coordinator Online Testing and Marking is required to work outside of normal business hours and at other Sydney locations.
